I focus on selecting key dates that align with the interests and availability of our demographic, ensuring each event maximizes attendance and engagement.I oversee the entire event planning process, from concept to execution. This includes organizing and assigning tasks to my team members, ensuring that everyone knows their responsibilities before, during, and after the event. My leadership extends to the day of the event, where I coordinate the team’s efforts, manage the logistics and marketing, and address any issues that arise in real-time to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.By balancing creative vision with operational efficiency, I drive AFTERMOB to consistently deliver memorable nightlife experiences that stand out in the industry.
