- As part of the CX practice I've acted as a point of contact to new prospects and Oracle's sales teams in order to cultivate relationships and land projects. Activities include: Scoping new & add-on projects, executing legacy customer health checks, building custom demos, and hosting marketing-driven webinars.- As part of a CPQ project team I've managed agile cloud software implementations utilizing a hybrid on/offshore model while always keeping customer values, design drivers, and best practices in mind. Activities include: data management (auditing & analysis), integration mapping, configuration design, and generating documentation (design docs, testing scripts, user guides, implementation roadmaps).- Beyond Oracle's offerings I've developed rapid understanding of adjacent Quote-to-cash and cloud workflow system interoperability to facilitate cross platform functionality and business flows including CRM, ERP, MDM, and document lifecycle platforms. Technology including but not limited to: Salesforce, Docusign, KBMax, SAP, HelloSign, JD Edwards, D&B, Vertex, various "home grown" systems

- Fostered an inclusive co-ed dodgeball community throughout the city of Chicago.- Hosted fundraising events and tournaments to expand the dodgeball culture beyond the walls of ourgyms including the Chicago Tech Dodgeball Tournaments and the WDS Chicago Classic.- Managed all aspects of promotions, marketing, and social media presence to scale the Chicagoregion.- Developed new strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, particularly in the food andbeverage industries to drive profitability.- Threw and caught many, many dodgeballs

- As a solution architect I've lead 2 concurrent manufacturing-focused projects ($250,000+) consisting of offshore and domestic consultants implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud. This included foundational design leading to solution documentation, generating project wave and construct plans, and managing the information flow between our internal resources, the customer SMEs, as well as other Oracle partners.- As a primary Quote-to-cash business analyst on a 3 million dollar, 18 month healthcareimplementation I assisted in the design of complex system configurations, developed POC &wireframes fueling each wave, and drove validation across business and technical teams within thecustomer's organization.- As a configuration workstream lead on the above project I orchestrated project tasking and datagovernance for resources that included customer admins and Oracle Partners (Big 4 Consultingfirms and ISVs). My personal build tasking included complex Engineer to Order configurators withinternational considerations (tariffs, units of measure, multi-lingual users).

- Implemented the BigMachines CPQ solution to automate and improve sales processes across avariety of industries verticals including software, telecom, financial services, and content providers.- Worked with client stakeholders and solution architects to produce and maintain requirementsdocuments, wire frames, and technical specification for distribution and use by implementation teams and partners.- Harnessed the BigMachines Implementation Framework (BIF) methodology to provide a clean path to customer success for our clients using techniques such as tactical messaging and rapid validation.- Developed, executed, and documented performance testing on customized implementations forenterprise level clients leading to increasingly optimized environments and adoption.
