I have more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, spanning across law enforcement, corporate security management, strategic security planning in MNC and statutory board, and business development and sales. Prior to joining SenseTime International, I was the Business Director of YITU Pte Ltd where I was responsible for driving and leading sales and business development activities, and establishing a strong presence in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau.As the Business Development Director at ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte Ltd (STEE-ISS), I oversaw the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) account. Leveraging on my domain knowledge, I played a critical role in expanding the footprints of STEE-ISS in MHA and won several major projects and established new accounts. I was the Head of Organised Crime with the Singapore Police Force and was a recipient of the Minister for Home Affairs Awards for Operational Efficiency for my involvement and leadership in the air crash investigation of SilkAir Flight MI185 as well as in successfully solving a Pan-Malaya kidnapping case.
