• Responsible for gathering all client information and documents for packaging and submission to the recommended lender post the Advisor meeting with the client. • Analysis and assessment of proof of income, bank statements, statement of affairs, business accounts and any other supporting documentation prior to submission to lender.• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data supporting applications per agreed lender criteria.• Input mortgage applications on Online Applications system and lenders mortgage system, ensuring lenders minimum standards are consistently achieved – “Right First Time” approach.• Liaise with clients on queries and to obtain outstanding documentation; manage clarifications and lender queries up to AIP stage and satisfy any outstanding conditions for Letter of Offer to issue.• Keep client and advisor up-to-date on progress of application and manage expectations around lender turnaround times. • Communicate lender decisions and rationale to Financial Advisor in a timely manner. • Maintain and proactively manage pipeline of applications through to letter of offer.• Ensure individual compliance with all Sherry Fitzgerald Group policies and compliance standards.

• Contribute to the overall Financial Service sales targets and business goals by providing administration support to the Sherry Fitzgerald Financial Advisor team• Responsible for accurate and timely input of mortgage and life applications online – “Right First Time” approach• Proactively contact clients, via phone and email, to ensure they are kept updated on the progress of their application• Proactively manage pipeline by liaising with clients, financial institutions, life companies, solicitors & valuers to gather outstanding information to bring a case to successful closure• Responsible for ensuring all client communication and application updates are recorded on the CRM system• Build strong working relationships with Sherry Fitzgerald Financial Advisors and various lenders relationship manager• Responsible for ensuring individual compliance with all Sherry Fitzgerald Group policies and compliance standards• Work closely with Admin team and Financial Advisor colleagues to assist in sales process as required; ensuring the clients best interests are at the forefront of all interactions.
