A fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants, I have over 25 years experience in general and financial management and held the position of Chief Financial Officer in Ergo up to 2019. I was part of a management team that saw significant growth in the business both through acquisitions and organic growth over a 19 year period. In addition to my responsibilities as CFO I also oversaw the successful negotiation of acquisitions as well as having board responsibilities for the People and Development function and the Project Management function.Prior to joining Ergo, I worked as Financial Controller in the telecommunications industry for over three years, before which I worked as Financial Director for a desktop publishing company in London and a Swiss retail firm in Moscow.Since leaving Ergo in 2019 I have obtained the Diploma in Company Direction with the Institute of Directors and have commenced the Executive Coaching Programme in the Smurfit Business School. I have also completed a Masters in European History at Maynooth University.Specialties: Business Management, Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, Operations, Non-Executive roles, Executive coaching.
