In short ... I am the glue (just call me Elmer!)I am responsible for creating and managing the communication systems and processes for tactical operations across the Global Engineering & Software Division (GES). I work with the Vice-President, Development Directors and Product Management to facilitate, coordinate and ensure consistency of execution of Development priorities. I am also responsible for establishing awareness and understanding of our Product Management Life Cycle model withing Global Engineering and identifying enhancements based on Global Engineering practices and procedures.
