I am co-founder and CEO of Phairify, an independent technology company delivering an information and talent exchange for physician professional services. Phairify aggregates, analyzes and reports high quality physician valuation data. Our platform enables physicians, hospitals and recruiters to rationally calculate and confidently communicate the real value of physician services and efficiently connect on work opportunities. Prior to Phairify, I served as a senior executive and general counsel for multi-national technology companies. In those roles, I advised on and led the execution of practical solutions to business challenges involving IT service delivery, M&A, regulatory compliance, litigation and intellectual property protection.
