This included- supporting/enhancing a large number of wireless hotspot router integrations (Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Aruba), = maintaining, scaling and improving a real time event pipeline to stitch together “blips” from the router with device mac addresses, mapping them to customer information, visit length, and other metrics so our customers can know who their best customers are, make offers to people as they enter the store, and try to convert first visitors into loyal customers.Led a large project to make Zenreach’s solution meet international privacy requirements (GDPR, California Privacy Rights Act, etc.)I was asked to “make the captive portal faster” which seemed to be a source of reduced logins (a critical source of growth for Zenreach). When I double checked the numbers, I discovered that this was not going to materially impact our growth rate.
