I led the global customer experience team with responsibility for product innovation and its operational execution. During this time, I created new brands, phone applications, and differentiated experiences for customer sales, engagement, and loyalty in US, India, and LATAM.

I drove the product vision and roadmap for Amazon branded accessories and add-on inbox Kindle accessories. I had Profit & Loss responsibility for the Amazon branded accessory business as well as extended warranty business, which exceeded $100MM in revenue globally.

I led the due diligence and underwriting of acquisitions. My responsibilities included creating financial and market rationale, leading capital raising efforts, and presenting findings to board.I also served as interim CFO during management transition. In doing this, I led the annual budgeting process, financial reporting, and communication with lenders and investors.

As a co-founder, I steered the product development of the product portfolio from concept to mass-market production. I also led the patent process for newly developed sunscreen technologies, resulting in two patents granted in 2009.

I worked in the corporate VC and business development group that made strategic investments that aligned with American Express' core businesses. I co-led equity investments in SMB and BPO verticals. Representative transactions include: Indian business process outsourcing company, Spectramind, which was purchased by Wipro (NYSE: WIT)Consumer lending company, Peoplefirst, which was purchased by Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF)
