CurrentPreviously worked here from January 2013 - September 2013.Set up new applications for point of sale (POS) banking terminals for commercial customers (merchant) via fax or email, verifying supplied information is correct and is in line with current product rates.Pull credit scores on perspective merchantsTelephone merchant to verify their identities in the event of a credit fraud alert on their credit bureau reports.Identify and investigate any issues on merchants’ credit report (e.g. mismatched address or date of birth) and forward to the credit team for further investigation.Initiate frequent email or telephone contact with regional sales team, internal departments, or American Express to request missing or incorrect information regarding the application, new income tables, resolving collision files, or requesting new AMEX merchant numbers, or verifying existing merchant numbers.Quality check applications during boarding stage, checking application is free of errors prior to boarding.Print, fax, or photocopy documents and send outgoing mail.Balance merchant charge back tickets on Excel spreadsheets.Investigate and close problem accounts for charge back team.Fax, email and mail charge back letters and statements to merchants
