• Enter bank deposits from condo buyers into Excel spreadsheets and ensure that the deposit totals balance and match with master accounting program (PC Law).• Transfer monies from one project to another• Release monies for particular project• File away completed deposit slips• Run monthly reports for projects to send to clients/developers
