In my position at ADI.TV I am the main architect for all technically demanding and large-scale projects globally. If the project is outside of our usual comfort zone, involves multiple technologies, large crew and various stakeholders it will come under my remit. I take a consultative approach to all projects liaising with the client to work through the brief, ascertain their final goals and identify areas where we can use our experience to improve and innovate. I take the lead and work with our operations department, freelance crew and other internal and external stakeholders, driving the project from inception to final delivery. Routinely working on multiple high-profile events simultaneously I can manage up to 100 different events annually and therefore have to manage my time and workload carefully whether I am on site, out of the country or in the office. My engineering background allows me to specify the skills and equipment required for the project, closely working with our own in-house teams and external suppliers to design and facilitate the required equipment as well as booking the industry’s best talent to deliver the solutions on site. This not only includes equipment and professionals from the broadcast/AV realm but also audio, lighting, communications, power and structures. On site I lead the project from build to break. Often managing teams of over 40 people from a wide range of nationalities I am the single point of contact between our staff, subcontractors and the end client. I manage every element of the project from its inception through to delivery, planning and overseeing everything from international logistics to detailed schematics.

The biggest events need the best management. ADI.TV have the worlds largest range of mobile LED screens, both in terms of number of screens, range of screens and screen size. In my role as Project Manager I was responsible for the planning and execution of some of the largest events in the world.in 8 years in the role I was responsible for implementing our technical solutions at some of the largest and most momentous events in the UK and Europe. In my time as Project Manager I managed the on site TV & Video capability at The Royal Wedding, London 2012, The Queen's Jubilee, The UEFA Champions League Final, The Aviva Premiership Rugby Final, The Epsom Derby, The and many of the UK's other large events. As ADI.TV became more recognised on the European Events stage I was asked to manage the accounts for some of our largest contracts from The Goodwood Estate to Silverstone and FIA Formula E. My role at ADI saw me bringing together all the elements needed to turn a big event into a major event. Turning a muddy event site into a highly specialised production environment. I brought together the right people and the right equipment at the right place and time to make every event I was involved in a total success.I used my extensive working knowledge of production, post, broadcast media technologies, logistics, health and safety and event management to specify, implement and deliver a technical solutions to events of the largest scale. Taking responsibility for the success from the first phone calls right through to on site and de-rig.Managing the highest profile and most technically challenging media projects for Europe's largest events and experiential clients from order to delivery. I've had the pleasure of delivering the most prestigious events from The Queen's Diamond Jubilee through to the British Grand Prix, all events at The Goodwood Estate to the London 2012 Olympics. If it's high profile or highly technical, I'm involved in it at the highest level.
