I effectively gauged client’s needs and created solutions to improve their current payroll and HR processes. I also served as primary contact for assigned clients and carriers for day-to-day operation issues during conversion process. I conducted on-site and in-house client software training as well as created custom reports and interfaces to communicate with client general ledger, time clock, and reporting software.
