Outside Sales Representative
CurrentSales and Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and social media.Demonstrate and promote Botanic Tonics products to potential clients, providing product information and answering questions.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the features, benefits, and uses of Botanic Tonics products.Educate customers on the health benefits and proper usage of the products.Sales Reporting:Track and report sales performance regularly, including sales volume, revenue, and new customer acquisition.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Order Processing:Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.Marketing and Promotion:Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community activities to showcase products.Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as necessary to ensure continuous availability.Manage stock to prevent overstocking or stockouts.Training and Mentorship:Train new distributors and sales team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure team success.Administrative Duties:Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
