Serves in lieu of the Company Commander when absent. Responsible for the well-being of nearly 130 of the top communicators in the U.S. Army and the maintenance of more than $30 million worth of strategic and tactical communications assembleges and their associated equipment. Primary duties include personnel and budget management, the development of a comprehensive maintenance strategy, and overseeing the operations of a rapidly deployable Expeditionary Signal Company capable of providing battlefield network communications at a moments notice.

Utilized Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools along with network security virtual appliances to defend a network against both simulated and real world threats. As part of Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) 15.1, I provided valuable insight on the current network defense posture at all eschelons below Division and influenced the way forward to support the Army of 2020.

Works with both TDMA and FDMA satellite communications on a daily basis while providing network management to networks capable of supporting units as large as a division. As a Platoon Leader I've also been appointed extra duties including Company Safety Officer, Voting Assistance Officer, and Assistant Physical Security Officer.

Created engaging and creative audio/visual presentations and advertisements for the worlds largest independently owned and operated hybrid seed producer. Designed and managed a system of interactive and dynamic digital displays while implementing video, audio, photography, and graphic design in order to create an engaging customer experience. Developed back end scripts in Iron Python, HTML, XML, and JavaScript, in order to display up-to-date information with minimal administration overhead. Served as the lead event and studio photographer and videographer earning various regional and national awards from the National Agricultural Marketing Association and working with national brand names like Orange County Choppers.

Served as a mentor to junior ROTC candidates and Soldiers while serving weekend drills in the National Guard. Provided guidance, training, and education to more than 60 junior soldiers in the form of physical fitness training, small group instruction, and one-on-one mentor ship.
