Reliability Engineer
CurrentCollect and analyze data, preparing diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports to identify reliability issues and provide recommendations for enhancements. Facilitate regular plant meetings, guiding RACI activities to drive plant results effectively.Conduct thorough analyses of reliability challenges, determining the optimal reliability approach while considering cost limitations related to equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs, and factors such as weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment.Evaluate the cost advantages of alternative solutions and formulate action plans that align with internal and external customer demands for dependable processes/equipment, aiming to prevent failures. Systematically gather and scrutinize fundamental reliability data from field studies or databases, employing well-defined techniques, principles, and procedures for analysis.Collaborate with others in root cause failure analysis, utilizing methodologies such as Kaizen, PSDM, PDCA, and other problem-solving techniques to identify corrective actions and prevent future failures. Employ Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to validate CP/CPK of a process and collaborate with Engineering for comprehensive evaluation.Currently hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & am a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).
