Mark is the CEO at Fracture Reality, leading the direction of Fracture’s Mixed Reality products and services on the Hololens. He works with client stakeholders and internal design and engineering teams to deliver interactive visualizations and business solutions across a range of industries. Mark’s skills lie in interpreting complex requirements into actionable designs and then overseeing the realisation of these designs, initially into Proof of Concept applications and then taking them forward to full Mixed Reality solutions. With a great core team, I set up and ran Candylabs, Mind Candy's external Brighton studio, growing it from a core of 3 to 20 internal team members + significant outsourced services. Our first and main release 'World of Warriors' received a Global Editors Choice feature, and 'Best of 2014' from Apple. It is live in all major territories globally ( currently excl China + S Korea ). I’m most proud of : Having worked closely with what became a really close knit team of amazing individuals, Millions of happy players, Significant revenues from IAP and IGA.

I setup Origami Blue after leaving Blackrock Studio / Disney. The goal was to explore areas outside of traditional console gaming such as gamification of education, augmented reality marketing and mobile gaming. We achieved this, releasing two successful products in less than one year, before selling the company to Mind Candy .

Steering the creative direction of the studio, I was responsible for leading the creative / game design / writing teams, incubating and prototyping new ideas, delivering rapidly created proofs of concept and subsequently pitching and presenting to all areas of the business

My role involved working with the Art / Design and Tech teams, building and improving our internal tools and pipelines to maximise production efficiency whilst at the same time striving to innovate graphically and ensure we hit our 90% metacritic targets on all products.
