Created the Linktropy Player and Recorder for recording and replaying network conditions. This system, consisting of a Windows application and an embedded system, enables developers and QA teams to quickly determine how network conditions affect application performance.

This software is part of HP-UX and other operating systems. Invented a technique for preventing in-kernel routing loops for RFC 3056.Created a build system for Linux-based embedded systems that include proprietary software. Features included a version-controlled build environment, a 90% reduction in build time, and the generation of source packages for GPL compliance.Ported SkyX transparent TCP proxy software to satellite modems. Resulting software is being used by thousands of people for Internet access in remote areas.Enhanced Linux kernel to support router redundancy protocols and save crash information.
