Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on four Rena tools and Spec tool. Ran projects to increase the safety of the chemical delivery system and increase the productivity of the inventory system. Changed chemical totes and drums during shift. Forklift certified for changing the chemical drums and totes.

Performed tool installation, qualification, decontamination and removal. Wrote and updated global PM Specifications for the automated wet processing tools. Led cost reduction efforts for the wet processing group. Actively troubleshot processing and equipment problems. Key contributor for ISO 2007 Audit recertification for Intel D2. Training coordinator for the Dainippon SU3000 and SCP automated wet processing toolsets.

Frontend Equipment Coordinator and tool content expert for SCP automated wet processing toolset. Co-led technical SWAT’s. Developed equipment recovery plans. Peer trainer for other equipment technicians. System administrator for the wet processing toolset.

On-site field service engineer for Intel D2. Maintained all SCP 9200 and 8400 wet processing tools at the D2 and Fab1 facilities. Performed onsite upgrades of tools. Consisting of running electrical power and control wiring and associated plumbing and pneumatics and more. Received an award for my service on the tools during the time period.
