I represent KLX Aerospace Solutions as an On-Site Pan-stock Program Coordinator at the Boeing Company. This position places me in-charge of pan-stock items for the F-15 and F-18 production lines. I also attend several meeting’s regarding pan-stock changes and engineering changes, work hand in hand with Boeing Managers and the production lines to keeps product flowing. I received three awards from Boeing for my exceptional performance.1st award is for my efforts to implement the kitting of pan-stock in the F-18 Outer Wing Assembly line."Stepped out of the box and are demonstrating that you can significantly improve how Pan-stock is controlled and presented to the Assembly line. 2nd award, "This award is presented to you in recognition of your outstanding performance and invaluable contributions to the reduction of the critical pan-stock shortage lists. Your skills and efforts have contributed immeasurably to our success". 3rd award, "Thank you for your excellent Customer Service, your constant effectiveness in delivering requested pan stock in a timely manner; and your constant communications with the PC team on follow up

Managed Boeing and GKN accounts, I was able to improve the on-time delivery from 63 percent to an industry standard of 91 percent. This goal was accomplished by working with the customer and creating a critical list. I was able to work with both customers’ to build a reliable forecast with built in lead-times.

My position with CDI required me to managed 65 percent of the company's business accounts. One accomplishment, I was able to increased the on-time shipping to 94 percent. The top accounts I managed where Devilbiss, ExCell, Briggs & Stratton and Grainger.
