With the start of my career I have a proven record of taking a company that has a very low on-time delivery percentage and within a year raise the percentage to industry standards of 90 percent and higher. These goals where accomplished by my ability to work hand in hand with the customer. Another tool I use is my outstanding communication skills with the customer and all departments of my company. Once I have accomplished building a relationship and successfully delivering product to the customer in a timely manner, I work very hard to never allow these accomplishments to drop. I have several outstanding awards from Boeing alone to prove building a relationship with the customer and working smart and hard to deliver parts in a timely manner works. While working with Nex-Teck Processing I was able to take a 35 percent delivery to Boeing and GKN and raise this to 91 percent. One of the main tools I use is working with the customer and building a critical list. This allows me to build a list of critical parts and work with the buyers to expedite these parts.Specialties: Customer Service, Management,Expediting
