As an applied scientist I have 13 years of experience in research and development. During my 8 years at Cabot, I led different projects comprising new product development (NPD), process development and upscaling/ plant trials. Currently, I am working at Bilthoven Biologicals (BBio) with the main focus on extractables and leachables (E&L) for the different products. In 2021 I obtained my Six Sigma Green Belt by the improvement or our BBio E&L database.I am enthusiastic and energetic. Love to work both independent as in (multidisciplinary) teams. I have a strong analytical thinking and able to plan and to organize effectively. Structured approach and accurate way of working. Stress-resistant and being able to cope with multiple projects at the same time. Always put safety first, secondly to get the target quality, and thirdly to have a plan for increasing yield/ quantity/ margin.
