Carry out property appraisals in accordance with a comparative market appraisalMaintain an accurate and up to date record of all appraisals, listing presentations, pending managements and secured business in the key performance indicator reports Keep an accurate record of all new management properties gained and how the property was obtained (i.e. salesperson lead, walk in, referral, marketing generated lead etc) Maintain a database of all prospective clients in IRE. Regularly communicate with all prospective clients through telephone calls & direct mail. Work with the sales department and attend to sales generated leads Assist with the general development and marketing of the property management department. Ensure that the lessor receives and understands the office policies and procedures Prepare new management listing kits Ensure that the property is correctly listed and marketed in accordance with the lessors instructions Only select new management properties with a view to reduce liability risk during the management process.
