I was in charge of all operations in Finland

I am in charge of developing and running both strategic and operative internal and external communication processes in GoExcellent Finland. GoExcellent is specialized in operating contact centers in the Nordics. It is one of the largest contact centre service providers in Scandinavia with some 2000 empoyees. As a member of the group management team I was in charge of strategic and operative marketing,internal and external communications and brand management.Aditro at that time was a large Scandinavian group of 6000 employees in 7 countries working in IT- driven business process improvement solutions and outsourcing services within HR, financial management, customer services and logistics.Main achievements: When Aditro was founded as a result of merging Personec Group and Tradimus Group in 2007 I wasin charge of creating and managing the Aditro brand and developing internal and external communications since the beginning. We paid a lot of attention to develop digital marketing and communications tools and processes to ensure, that all the personnel in almost 40 locations as well the customers within four business areas were kept well informed. I also created a seamlessly functioning crisis management system for the group.

As a member of the group management team I was in charge of strategic and operative marketing,internal and external communications, brand management and business intelligence.Personec was a group of 1300 persons offering IT solutions and outsourcing services within HRM and financial management in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark,
