We are a Content Services consulting group that focuses on the OnBase suite of products. We provide OnBase professionals for short and long term engagements.

My primary duty in this role is to provide technical and strategic solution guidance to our customers. I also assist the sales team with demo creation and delivery, RFP responses, internal technical training and strategic technical guidance.

While acting as a Workflow Consultant for various clients including AmTrust Bank, Duke University Health Systems, Great American Financial Resources, Inc. and NJM Insurance:- Developed numerous OnBase solutions utilizing all major input modules, WorkFlow, WorkView, eForms and VBScripts.- Developed processing reports in Oracle Reports. - Utilized experience and expertise in OnBase solutions to provide business analysis for future projects and current solution enhancements.- Developed integrations between OnBase Workflow processes and line of business applications within an SOA environment.- Developed complex eforms utilizing AJAX, XML, XSLT and OnBase API with highly functional and easy to operate user interface to greatly reduce user error in decision making.- Evaluated the feasibility of OnBase modules to solve current and future business needs.

While acting as a Workflow Consultant for National City Bank:- Utilized the OnBase Workflow module to increase system performance by 100% for Positive Pay Check Fraud process.- Modified and maintained Lockbox systems developed using OnBase Workflow.- Technical Team Lead responsible for developing technical requirements for large scale banking payment solution for Third Party Administrators.- Received Sogeti Ace award for top consultant in Cleveland area, first quarter 2007.

While working as a member of the Professional Services Group at various clients including ARINC, National City Bank, KeyBank, World Bank Staff Federal Credit Union, Rubbermaid, MetroHealth Hospital:- Worked directly with customer management teams and end-users to analyze business processes and implement customized workflow solutions based on the OnBase product suite.- Responsibilities included gathering and documenting functional requirements, building custom software solutions, integrating OnBase solutions with existing line of business applications, implementing software solutions in production environments, as well as documenting solutions and training end users.- Technologies utilized include OnBase software, OnBase Workflow, VBScripts, Web Programming, UML, XML, API programming, SQL, and Crystal Reports.- On development team for the OnBase Lockbox and Positive Pay banking modules.
