Some like to do this through consultancy, but I prefer to do this as either the Financial Director (FD) or Chief Operating Officer (CFO).I have been through and led multiple finance transformations in my career to-date and have a strong track record in delivery. Its worth noting that whilst I am a highly commercial Finance professional, I do also have a strong controllership base, with a focus on internal controls, risk management and audit.
