UCC re-auths) for IP, customs warehousing, CCG, CFSP, OP & RGR. • Development of compliant procedural documents, as well as project implementation for clients and internal departments. • Manage implementation of the new Customs Declaration System (CDS) working with Customs software houses to ensure compliance with UK customs law.• Provide training, support for all company Customs Broker to ensure compliant Import/Export Declarations in line with the UCC and CDS implementations. • Provide advice and procedural support on compliance for a variety of import and export customs procedures for customs brokers and clients• Provide professional advice on Brexit risk mitigation strategies • Assist clients with HMRC audits, providing a framework for presentation and advice for customs specific enquires• Weekly AEO audits of import and export declarations, ensuring HMRC and international trade compliance. • Management the CFSP customs broker team – providing training, coaching, support for on going development.• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current and up-coming developments in international trade, such as Brexit, GSP changes, REX, UCC implementation, AEO status etc. Provide advice on procedure and best practice in a continually changing industry.• Regular site audits of several customs warehouses, including ETSF facilities and CFSP operating customs warehouses

Specific Month end finance reporting, logistics activities, KPI performance as well as ad hoc reporting requirements. Utilizing; SQL report development, Advanced Excel Analytics and Access Databases.•Development of a Key Performance Indicator analytics system based on contractual obligations which continually monitors performance while highlighting areas for improvement, which is presented to the respective client on a monthly basis. Management: •Manage performance and continually develop associates by providing training and coaching. •Responsible for exceeding customer metrics (cost, quality, and responsiveness).•Annual/Bi-Annual performance reviews for each staff member•Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams. Key Achievement; Project Manager for: LEAN Bronze & Silver award. Development of project management strategy, roll out, including all staff training, bespoke analytics and maintenance and monitoring of the continued commitment to LEAN business initiatives.

HMRC reporting including ECSL, Intrastat and PRODCOM.• Liaising with production and procurement teams to ensure a timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders. Providing support to other staff members and department heads in the management of company policy change. • Resolution of export problems, such as dangerous goods shipping, EU cosmetics compliance, exporting to developing nations and customs policy changes in trading partners’ countries. Ensuring up-to-date policy and export requirements are accurately met. Better research and export advice has led to new markets opening.• Handling end to end distribution through supply chain networks including distributors, forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, customers and consumers. Ensuring all export documentation meet specific requirements. Documentation such as letters of credit, msds, origin certification, free sales certificates, analysis certificates, import licenses and detailed customs sales invoices (including commodity classification through the international tariff system).
