As EVP, my primary responsibility is the management and growth of Rockwood Brokerage Division.Rockwood’s on-going commitment to the independent agency system has allowed us to develop a network of over 10,000 sub-producers nationwide. Rockwood Brokerage is our large business brokerage division. This business unit was established to assist in finding markets for unique or hard-to-place management liability risks. Rockwood Brokerage maintains strong relationships with an array of A.M. Best "A" rated (or higher) insurance carrier groups and consists of a knowledgeable, dedicated and efficient team of insurance specialists.In addition to Agents E&O, Brokerage has multiple markets for Gun Show Liability, Active Assailant Liability, EPLI, D&O and Cyber Liability.

As a founder and President of Modern Insurance Consultants, my job was to manage and grow a start-up insurance program administrator. By 1999 Modern was the largest writer on agent E&O in Florida, going on to become a national presence in the agents E&O niche. In 2008, Rockwood Programs bought the majority of Modern. My job was to effect the assimilation of Modern into Rockwood Programs, effectively combining the in-house Agents E&O facility into the Rockwood system while continuing to grow both brands.By January of 2014, Rockwood completed the purchase of Modern and it was absorbed into Rockwood Programs.

Responsible for new account procurement, hardware installations and maintenance of existing installations.
