Built a real estate portfolio and lead a team of third-party property managers, general contractors and support staff requiring limited oversight. I manage all areas of strategic planning, long range business planning, budgeting, forecasting, real estate acquisitions, property tax management, leasing, records administration, construction and maintenance management.

I held strategic oversight for marketing, community relations and engagement securing partnerships with individuals, as well as corporate, government and community organizations to drive development and grants. I developed and managed local/regional events and fundraisers, as well as annual, major and planned giving programs, as well as grant programs.I built new relationships, qualified donors, built donor pipeline, created and implemented cultivation strategies for new and existing major gift candidates, solicited annual and major gifts and strategically stewarded donors. I substantially increased donor portfolio and secured numerous gifts ranging from $5,000 to more than $500,000. I built the community engagement strategy, developed new support networks and organized events and outreach initiatives.During this time, I identified the opportunity and led a strategic program to upgrade entire real estate portfolio through innovative financing programs, securing new community partners, liquidating underperforming assets and strategic capital management. We increased the housing portfolio value by more than $1 million, while providing substantially improved facilities for residents.

I was a key member of the development team leading strategic and operational planning, including annual goal setting, donor development, large-scale fundraising and portfolio management focused on major gifts, community/alumni engagement and increasing annual gifts partnering with individuals, corporations and community organizations. I secured local and regional partnerships supporting fundraising and program development, and I assisted in media/community/public relations, marketing, community outreach and program communications. I cultivated and managed numerous major gifts exceeding $500,000 and led development of new events, including annual golf tournament. I developed and implemented cultivation and solicitation strategies for a variety of organizations and identified corporate prospects to establish partnerships and collaborations at the C-suite levels.

Built this brokerage firm from startup to a peak of $12 million in annual revenue and a team of six brokers and 35 clerks. I held full operational, sales, client relations, P&L and risk management responsibility and managed multimillion dollar positions and executed high value transactions for clients. I had direct accountability for risk and quality control, as well as all areas of sales, client relations, data management, staff training/coaching, reporting, finance, accounting and creating processes, policies and workflow improvements. I negotiated execution and clearing contracts and managed relationships with numerous key, global institutional accounts over 10+ years. I delivered senior level counsel and support to clients concerning market conditions, price behavior, risk management and market movements to drive profitable short and long-term trading strategies and employed strong technical analysis, risk management and forecasting skills to identify and maximize revenue.
