As Fusion Health's General Counsel, I work with and advise the stakeholders across all business units including Business Development, Product Development, Project Management, I.T., Finance, and Human Resources. As a result of working with all business units I handle a wide range of legal matters including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and privacy. I also work with external counsel and regulators as needed.My goal is to show that a lawyer is not just an argumentative or adversarial person, but a valuable and versatile business partner who can help the company achieve its vision. I am passionate about learning from and adapting to the needs and wants of each department, and providing unique and effective solutions that benefit the company and its customers.
