Managed a team who were responsible for the finance master data. Data included suppliers, partners, bank accounts, AFE’s, cost centers and DOI’s.- Led a project to convert a manual paper-based ERP system to digital files. Reviewed existing processes, collaborated with stakeholders and implemented the changes, resulting in an annual cost saving of $20,000.- Led a project to implement a master data history tracking solution within the ERP system. Enhanced business processes and improved reliability of data, especially with internal and external SOX auditors.- Led a data cleanup project to archive over 80% of the master data after the Encana/Cenovus split.- Led a project to re-implement an 18-month vendor inactivation process. Operationalized this process to be run every six months, resulting in approx. 1000 suppliers inactivated.- Participated in an ACH implementation payment project. Assisted with the business requirements, functional specifications, testing, created new processes with stakeholders which resulted in being able to pay more suppliers by electronic payments.- Developed a new process for suppler name changes, which increased process efficiency, consistency, and visibility of status to all stakeholders.- Supported the SCM Transformation project in providing a centralized data model which improved their data quality, improved reporting and data analytics, and reduced costs.- Improved stakeholder relationships with all consumers of the data, which included, Supply Chain Management, Energy Asset Management, Human Resources, Asset Management, Treasury, Audit and Facilities.
