On return from secondment in Hong Kong, I moved into a development role at Stage technologies in London.My main tasks were to add functionality and maintain current code base, support engineers with their technical queries, and provide high level systems integration and commissioning.In addition to this, proposed and then chaired weekly development meeting, streamlining company wide control system development.

As the first permanent Stage Technologies representative in the region, I had a varied role. I was lead engineer on several large scale projects, including the award winning Wynn Macao Casino Tree of Prosperity, Cirque Du Soleil at the Venetian, Dragone at the City of Dreams and the Sands Macau theatre. In my capacity as lead engineer, I would set tasks for engineers, write bespoke PLC software and liaise with construction managers and clients alike.My role in the region also required that I deal with sales calls and requests in the region. I also provided support to all installations in the region.
