I was recruited into the L&D team to assist the rollout of a significant cultural change initiative titled “Inspiring the Magic”. For over 4 years I was involved in bringing great Athletes and Coaches into schools to help inspire children to participate in sport. I coordinated full day coaching sessions with up to 15 coaches and 400 children.
