Hi. I'm an archaeologist with Thames Valley Archaeology. My specific interests are wetland and coastal archaeology and I have a good knowledge of Egyptian, Mediterranean and British Bronze Age/Early Iron AgeI have degrees in Archaeology and Ancient Civilisations (from Durham) and Maritime Archaeology (from Oxford), and have participated in research fieldwork in Rome, Italy, Sources de l’Yonne near Bergundy, France, and Sa El Hagar, the site of ancient Saïs in the Egyptian Nile Delta.In my spare time, I undertake historical research, play trombone, and spend as much time as I can appreciating the prehistoric landscape of the Sussex Downs and seashore near my hometown, Eastbourne.Good standards of ethics, charitable causes and community enrichment are high on my list of priorities.
