RECUR is a dominant startup in the Web3 NFT space. When I first joined the company I was leading a team focused on delivering and innovating on custom Web3 experiences that gave our clients full end to end control over their NFT ecosystem from the creation, packaging, initial sales, secondary market, gamification, withdrawals and deposits with multiple external wallets and more. Clients ranged from gaming, online loyalty programs and direct-to-consumer using the product as an NFT self service for their initial entry into this space. - https://reelowners.slotomania.com/- https://nftu.com/- https://nickelodeon.xyz/- https://startrek.xyz/- https://carebears.xyz/- https://emojiforever.xyz/After 6 months leading a team of engineers to deliver the above sites and more, my role shifted to lead the development of the core application that enabled our clients to fully manage their experiences themselves from the creation of the NFTs, packaging the drops, architecting the challenges, publishing the content, design and more. This is what became RECUR's primary business focus: RECUR Builder https://bit.ly/RECUR_Builder.Developing Builder had me working with all stakeholders at RECUR as well as our clients and partners. My team was developing the core functionality and user experience within this application as well as the backend infrastructure and APIs that supported it. As an Engineering Leader, I met weekly with the engineering leadership, held regular 1-on-1s with my direct reports, lead all of my teams additional ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, grooming, retros, etc), was the hiring manager and worked closely with UI/UX and Product to help drive the design, development and innovation around the product.
