Based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I love things technology, digital and customer experience. A really weird combination which might think that I am related to field areas such as UIUX, customer experience teams and customer support. To be frank, that is what I am passionate about even though I have had an interesting career. Currently, I am working at Amazon Web Services leading the Enterprise Support business for Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. This includes leading and managing a team of Technical Account Managers (TAM). My job is to ensure that our Enterprise Support customers are happy and to also find new customers as well as keep the TAMs happy :) I enjoy helping people through their careers and if you ask nicely, I will go out of my way to help you out. I also enjoy meeting new people from the industry and hopes to find ways to elevate the IT support and operations side of the business. Most of the folks that I have encountered do feel like they are only noticed when something goes wrong. We definitely need to change that.
