Lead an HR vision to drive a highly engaged team that delivers a great customer experience with operations excellence.• In 2015, led KY and Cincinnati Regions to #1 employee engagement scores in the Retail division and #2 among all divisions in the Bancorp. Achieved top-tier improvement each year since 2011 through Leadership Team development with focus on our core values of collaboration, trust, respect, inclusion and accountability. • Led Human Capital strategy within all business units in 2015 to achieve #1 scorecard results which includes driving profitability, operations execution, customer experience, risk and compliance and engagement. • Evolved culture by driving initiatives to support recognition, leadership development, succession planning and embracing organizational change. Introduced Emerging Leader program to support leadership development and retention of top talent in 2013 and continues to expand; program is being adopted Bancorp-wide.• Leading a team against all aspects of talent management, employee relations and recruitment. Implemented talent assessment process and served on Bancorp-wide talent management team to enhance current systems and processes.• Leading the Diversity and Inclusion Council where employees are active in making a difference in our communities and drive programs to support our inclusive culture where everyone’s voice matters. • Partner with Regional President and Leadership Team to drive financial results and reputation management.
