• Type, Prepare, Collate Reports.• Take, Receive Telephone/Mobile Calls and Text Messages.• Clients' Accommodation and CalendarScheduling.• Receive and Release Requests/Grants.• Check constantly the availability of OfficeSupplies.• Monitor the working condition of OfficeMachines.• Maintain Office Cleanliness and Orderliness.
