Specified and managed delivery of all installation and configuration management functionality for Microsoft's LAN Manager networking product. Project managed delivery of LAN Manager SDK and edited accompanying programmer's reference book.

Architected component model for company’s entire OS/2-based product line. Overhauled and reimplemented a full-featured windowing system and GUI including device-independent graphics, Windows look-and-feel, and printer support for company’s LISP-on-DOS-based product line, improving product performance 20x.

Contributed to Intermedia, an advanced pre-Web hypermedia environment for authoring and utilizing deeply-linkable dynamic rich content in a scholarly context.
