Pursuing my experience in translation and passion for tools, organisation and analysis.After graduating in Business Information Technology and Informatique from Brighton University and Paris V in 1994, and initially as freelance database developer working for blue-chip customers in the UK, I gradually took on the role of business analyst.I moved to France after the end of year my Y2000 contract where I joined NEC Computers in Angers, to develop their Purchasing database, working with a team of buyers and managers to compile data and analyze the purchasing process. I was key user in the company-wide project to implement Peoplesoft.I moved to Brittany in 2004 where I started started my own business, initially in PC maintenance, a contract in an IT services company, moving on in 2009 to provide video transfer services and some teaching part-time in Excel at the local IUT.I started translating from French to English in around 2012 and gradually specialized in technical translation and later transcription, sub-titling and interpreting.
