CurrentProtecting the physical infrastructure of the internet for Switch (Tier 5 Platinum) Data Centers and Switch’s clients and vendors.Access control of all employees, clients and vendors entering and traversing Switch facilities, utilizing active access control monitoring and Biometrics.Customer Service focus attending to the needs of the client at all levels from access, to working with other Switch departments including Data Center Operations staff, Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC), to accomplish the goal of customer satisfaction including safeguarding of networking equipment and guaranteeing 100 percent uptime for client networks.Approach difficult situations with tact and professionalism including with upset clients, resolving issues in a timely manner and creating a positive outcome for both the clients and Switch.Maintaining the appropriate training and skills including: Firearms qualifications, computer and software proficiency (Windows 10, Outlook 360, Excel, C-Cure, Milestone, BioConnect).
