Other duties were to lead product development, business models, strategy, negotiation, international marketing, brand development, brand management, public relations, and all aspects of company's product and software. Opened office in Dubai with local partners. Negotiated with manufacturing partners in China and Taiwan. Developed technology partners in Europe.

Developed new telecom products and markets that combined technical, market and shareholder value for the company. Was Acting CTO for the first year until the company went public and then moved to CMO post-public offering. Represented the company as Keynote Speaker at the Computer Telephony Expo in Paris, France.
