I've been fortunate to lead and be involved with high-performing organizations and teams focused on climate change, community action, the environment, education, service, and sustainability. My focus is on leadership, social and civic engagement, the environment, and activities that are inclusive and empower others. I try to abide by the Haudenosaunee guiding principle of seven generations thinking.Interest areas include accelerating solutions to climate change; adaptive and regenerative communities; civil society leadership; collaborative governance and problem solving; conflict resolution; disaster preparedness, response, and recovery; environmental justice and protection; interest-based solutions; network development; the "next" economy (green, circular); organizational development and leadership; resiliency; social equity and inclusion; the sustainable management of discarded materials; and, sustainable financing solutions.
