Whilst many of our competitors have reduced their presence within the local community, we offer locally based advice, service and decisions based only on our customer’s needs.

I was involved in the medium to large corporate business market and investment property lending and I specialised in providing bespoke banking services to customers wanting a long-term relationship with their bank.

London & Kent

Managed a portfolio of clients as well as new to bank in order to attract business deposits, identify opportunities to lend money and generate fee income through cross-selling including private, IFA, Treasury, Invoice Finance, Asset Finance and International Trade. Also proposed and implemented sales and marketing plans to ensure agreed business growth was met. This was achieved through networking, referrals, business development and cross-sales. Other responsibilities in the role included leadership and motivation of staff including coaching, training and mentoring my own support staff.

June 2003 - Jan 2005. The role involved managing a team of fifteen people regarding cash reconciliations, debtors and creditors, monitoring of breaches, cheques, payments of invoices and telegraphic transfers to British and overseas accounts. The job required good team management, an ability to recognise priority levels and excellent analytical skills.Training Manager - Jan 2003 - June 2003The role involved training staff at all levels, from administrators to Senior Management. Responsibilities were to make sure training sessions were planned, prepared and presented in order to allow the trainees to learn the essentials for their jobs. The role taught the stages of introduction, explanation and demonstration.Administrator - Accounts/Registration/Legal/Customer Services.
