I was the client's liaison with the company at every step of the process and also involved with approving designs and usability as well as proof-reading copy. I also created the monthly newsletter, wrote regular blog posts and represented Hot PJ on Twitter and Facebook. This then lead to me taking on a presenting role whereby I presented on the use of social media for small businesses - the largest being to a group of 100 representatives from charities around New Zealand. I was then asked to present to a larger group of around 300 attendees but left the company before this was finalised.
