Coordinated and assigned projects and work tasks to Tool Designers, Tool Makers, and Tool Crib Attendants. Duties included designing and reviewing the design of Tool Designer's weld and drill fixtures, assigning and reviewing work tasks of Tool Makers and established transaction records in the tool crib. Changed, repaired, or made new over 400 fixtures.

Supported sales with acurate time study analysis for CNC lathes and machine centers. Demonstrated CNC machines at trade shows and events. Trained distributor application engineers in times study methodologies, tooling nomenclature, and cutting tools systems. Provided Auto-Cad machine layouts and tooling and fixture layouts. Assisted sales in presenting.

Responsibilities included establishment of new accounts, maintenance of existing accounts, and providing technical expertise to internal staff regarding performance of tungsten carbide, PCD and CBN tools, precision reaming tools, grinding wheels and abrasives.

Annually sold over $2,000,000 in tungsten carbide and related products. Planned and held training seminars at customer and distributor sites on cutting tool technology as wel as new products. Secured new accounts and enhanced sales at established accounts.
