All products are designed and refined in the UK headquarters by the three man design team. Items are manufactured in the Far East and distributed across Europe from the Belgian facility.Responsibilities;- Coordinating product specifications from UK and European fishing & retailing consultants- Producing concepts and solutions to the Board of Directors- Designing and developing product concepts in 3D CAD (Solidworks) to a production stage- Specialising in plastic injection moulded parts and complex plastic / electronic part assemblies- Daily communication with Far East suppliers- Involvement with intellectual property such as patents- Business trips to China and Taiwan to visit suppliers developing new products and production quality
