Mark Livingston is currently a Partner at the Livingston Consulting Group LLC, with an emphasis on Software Architecture, Data Analytics, Clinical Supervision, and Crisis Intervention.Previously Mark was the Chief Innovation Officer for Behavioral Health Link, a nationally recognized crisis intervention and access hotline, mobile team, and disaster service. As the CIO, Mark is responsible for data analytics, software and web applications design, and integration operations of mobile crisis and the call center to run as one service.Mr. Livingston was originally hired to help establish the Regional 1 Mobile Crisis Team at BHL and later became Coordinator of all Mobile Crisis Services. Previously Mark had spent 10 years of his professional career with Highland Rivers, filling multiple roles including the Director of Children and Adolescents Crisis Group Home, Director of Floyd County Children Adolescents Services, and Clinical Director for a Crisis Stabilization Unit for Highland Rivers. Mark left Behavioral Health Link to join Universal Health Services on the business development staff of Southern Crescent Behavioral Health System’s Crescent Pines CampusMark returned to Behavioral Health Link as a Clinical Outcome Manager in March 2011, and recently being promoted to his current position.
