-Responsible for Managing the entire Identity and Access Management group.-Responsible for managing account life cycle.-Implement, Build and manage IDP/IGA solution to automate account life cycle for SaaS application-Works with the internal and external project teams to ensure the proper controls are designed and built during internal use software implementation.-Review and Audit application before implementation.-Promotes awareness and ensures compliance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures as they relate to information security and controls.-Provides consultation on information security/controls to IT applications development and infrastructure projects.-Advises business units on implementing appropriate security and control procedures.-Participates in the incident response team that responds to potential security breaches or vulnerabilities. - Assisting Different Line of Business users by provisioning properly authorized system access in timely and accurate manner.- Working closely with different LOBs to identify business application that needs access management, with minimal costs and higher handling requisition benefits of Acquiring / decommissioning access.- Participate in project planning sessions (ITSM) with project managers, business analysts and other stakeholders to analyze business application requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.- SME and Managing over 200 Applications- Responsible in maintaining and doing audit check of over 500,000 active users account access across the globe.- Assist level 1 and level 2 personnel with issue resolution and implementations as required.- Responsible for managing the department ticket incident queue.- Provided end users with an appropriate level of access to business applications that directly impact the firm’s ability to service internal and external customers.- Provide permission access to Retail / Mortgage clients for more than 70 applications and platforms on the RB domain.- Work with project managers of new globalization work streams and Retail Citrix team to develop access profiles based on the business requirements of the project.- Work on various security related projects as they occur.
