This often requires taking a solid idea and looking at it from additional angles to see what other potential it may hold, and how we might use existing technologies in a new way. I like to be a hands on leader, and lead by example. I rely on my team leaders on the front end and back end development branches to keep a finger on the pulse of my department and keep me informed.
