I enjoy developing leaders. Currently developing and facilitating leadership courses and coaching personnel stationed across Air Force Global Strike Command bases each month. Also serving as an instructor for the Air Command and Staff College "Air, Space, and Joint Warfare" course for mid-career military officers and civilian professionals each month. Further developing leaders locally as an adjunct for Gulf Coast State College, teaching "Principles of Management and Leadership."Previously, throughout 32 years of active duty in the Air Force, I gained expertise in Leadership Development, National Security/Defense, and the Intelligence field, while earning Joint Qualified Officer designation. 15 of my 32 years of military service were in Joint or multi-service/interagency assignments. In my final assignment with the Air Force, I served as the Director of Intelligence for the global-ranging air component of United States Strategic Command. I've also had the honor and privilege of empowering Airmen as the commander of two Air Force organizations of 850 (squadron) and 1,100 (group) personnel.Raised in Bay County, Florida. Mosley H.S. Class of '83. Returned to Panama City in 2020.
