Signed as a songwriter with a split-publishing deal between ASCAP and BMG in high school, attending Greenville College to study studio & stage engineering, before continuing education at Belmont University in Nashville. While releasing and touring 3 albums with ForeFront Records (The Normals), continued a thirst for creative software engineering earning a CIW Associate, Professional and Master Designer certificates, followed by CompTIA Network+ and iNet+ certs.From the road, began application development business Creative Sites Media, Inc. (CSM). For the next 2 decades CSM grew into a team of 2 dozen passionate developers, creating applications for a wide variety of clients, including AgTech, Medical Supply, Mortgage CRMs, Cisco Partner Development and multiple marketing agency partnerships.In December 2021, CSM was acquired by Precision Planting LLC, a subsidiary of AGCO Corporation, a leading provider of farmer-focused hardware and software technology to help farmers improve every season.Now serving as Sr Manager of the Precision Planting Bloomington IL studio, leading a strategic team of creative developers, data science engineers and help empower machine vision R&D initiatives. Precision Planting is a unique, special culture, consisting of smart, humble and passionate individuals, focused on mentoring, teaching, training and leading industry-disrupting Ag Science initiatives. Simply put: We love what we do, and blessed to be building individuals, relationships and opportunities for others.In September 2023, I was asked to serve as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Illinois State University's College of Engineering, helping to strategically support the school's initiatives.
